Welcome to the 60-day transformation program throughout this journey you will take a complete break from alcohol. As you start to see the benefits of being alcohol free we will start to work on the elements of your day-to-day life to see where we can excel and start working towards goals that you want to achieve.
I believe a transformed lifestyle begins with a healthy body and mind. Although this is not a fitness coaching program, we will still look at your sleeping/eating habits and put in place a workout plan for you. I am a qualified PT
The plan is designed to push you in all areas of your life and show you that you’re more capable than you think. Being held accountable to goals you have set is a sure way to make sure you attain them.
We will set weekly goals for personal growth this will be tailored to what we discuss on video call.
We will arrange a weekly check in via video call for approximately 30-45 minutes where we will discuss objectives we have set in the previous week(s).
