I recently completed the 75HARD programme by Andy frisella which consists of 75 consecutive days of:
No alcohol
No junk food or cheat meals
10 pages of a non fiction book
2 x 45 workouts which one must be outdoors. Cannot be consecutive
1 x gallon of water
Progress photo daily
If you miss anyone you have to start back at day zero.
It’s designed to be inconvenient and long enough to forge good habits that play a part of achieving succes.
Although I didn’t drink alcohol I did eat junk food time to time well actually daily! I used to think that I had IBS but that went away as soon as I started eating clean, and I’m pretty sure my head has been a lot more clearer as a result of this too. The gut to brain connection is real 🧠
I was pondering for almost a week wether to start this program or not, I thought to myself giving up junk would be to hard and also i would have to change my routine by going to the gym in the morning at 5:30am. Everybody was trying to tell me it would be to hard and i’d be fucked come 3pm. It had quite the reverse affect, although it was difficult for the first 2 weeks it actually benefited me I felt energised going to work and in a better mood. Since this new routine has allowed me to free up more time I will continue with it.
Completing this power list daily has given me a greater belief in myself to follow through on daily tasks. This is the quickest way to build self belief and confidence in yourself.
Going forward I will stick to these habits I have formed bar the 2 x workouts as it’s not beneficial for me and my goals. The time will be allocated towards building personal instead.

P.s I was bulking during this challenge not cutting.
