At what point do you sit yourself down and ask when is enough, enough? Aren’t you sick of just settling for ‘good enough’? This was me when I turned 30 I was sick and tired of being sick and tired as the saying goes.
I was fed up of just being average in work, earning average pay doing average shit living with an average girlfriend, I’d just settled for mediocrity and it was eating away at me inside.
The thing is with this though although I knew I was destined and wanted for more I hadn’t done the work to deserve it. Simply wanting is not good enough you have to need it, this requires doing the work, you have to pay the price tag associated with the thing that you want.
If you want to be in a better relationship you have to become the person that attracts the type of person you want to be with, this might mean going to the gym so that you’re not fat anymore.
Another thing could be being better with money, you might be working in a dead end minimum wage job. Who’s going to want to be with somebody who cant keep up with their lifestyle? you need to be constantly striving for more.
Really take the time to ask yourself what you really want from life and write it down! you’re 40% more likely to achieve the goal by writing it down. Then reverse engineer to find the steps you need to take to achieve these results.
I always say you can never go wrong with going to the gym and getting in better shape its great for building up self esteem and moment that can project into all other areas of your life.
I set you the challenge of committing to something starting from tomorrow:
Going to the gym
Reading 10 pages of a book
5 minutes of mediation
Skin care routine
Drinking more water
Talking to a stranger
Stretching
Take it easy and have a great day!
